Therefore, these products are sold without any warranty or guarantee.

To claim a refund or exchange, it is mandatory to record a complete continuous unboxing video that includes:
• Showing the sealed package before opening
• Opening the parcel in one continuous video (no cuts or edits)
• Clearly showing the product
• Properly checking and testing the product in the same video

Please note:
• Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Any issue reported after the unboxing video will not be entertained.
• Faults occurring after delivery and proper testing are not our responsibility.
